Day of Coordination:

The wedding experience is meant to be memorable for you and your loved ones. The Full Spotlight is a full service package that will take care of all the logistics and make your wedding planning worry free.

Consultation
Taking care of all fine details -- research vendors, find venue(s), etc.
All wedding plans are finalized and vendors are contacted and paid in full.
A timeline and itinerary are finalized for the wedding party and vendors.
I will be in attendance at the rehearsal and the day of the wedding and act as a personal attendant as well as a host for you and your guests.
Supervising and assisting vendors on the day of the wedding with the set up of the ceremony and reception venue(s).
Setup/take down of decorations
Any other assistance needs (i.e. invites, floral setup, etc).
Discuss any last minute questions or details with bride and groom.

A must have for the bride and groom who do not want to worry about a thing on their wedding day, but already did some of the planning. The Day Of Coordination package ensures that your special event runs smoothly and all of the pieces of the puzzle are in place.

Consultation
Wedding couple provides a list of all your vendors and important contact information.
Creates timeline for the wedding party and vendors.
Meet with the couple one week before the wedding to discuss any changes or special requests.
I am present for rehearsal and the entire wedding day.
Ensure everything is delivered and placed in the correct location (flowers, cake, catering, DJ, musicians, photographer, etc.)
I welcome your guests and act as a hostess.
Setup/take down of decorations
Any other assistance needs (i.e. invites, floral setup, etc).
Field questions that may occur from vendors or guests.

All Other Events:

Social/Corporate events are a special quote. We accept social events on a case by case basis.

Destination:

Let us come to you! Just because we are based in Wisconsin, does not mean we can't help you! We can go out of state, to another country, wherever you are getting married and need a wedding planner. Let's connect to come up with your wedding plan!
